Coalescence Counseling, LLC
A Trauma-Informed Approach
To Mental Wellness in Greenville, SC
Coalescence Counseling, LLC is located in Greenville, SC, and provides trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals and couples undergoing or preparing for major life transitions.
Life is full of change. Our situation changes, job changes, or lifestyle changes, we make new friends or lose old friends. We experience the joys of marriage, partnership, children, careers, moves, and so much more. We also experience the loss of loved ones, betrayals, unexpected illness, and loss of faith, to name a few.
Every change brings new challenges. Many of these can be positive or exciting. They can also bring anxiety, depression, and feelings of inadequacy. Sometimes we can learn of something that completely knocks us off our feet. Or we can feel utterly crushed by the burden of what we face, whether positive or negative.
This is where Coalescence Counseling comes in. I offer services geared toward helping you navigate the challenges of change. Sometimes there are external causes of distress that can be identified and resolved. Other times, the conflict is all internal as you battle with a lack of self-esteem, long-held negative beliefs about yourself, intrusive thoughts, or a lack of motivation that stops you from your desire to continually move forward. I use a myriad of modalities to tailor treatment to your unique, individual needs. Either way, therapy is work.

About Dylan Redd, LPC
I seek to help individuals and couples work through issues related to trauma, life transitions, negative life events, sex, betrayal, communication issues, anxiety, and depression.
During therapy, you can expect to be met with an air of professionalism, openness, and compassion. You can expect to be challenged in your thought patterns, behaviors, and motives. I strive to meet you where you are and help you become who you want to be as an individual, partner, parent, or friend.
Take Action
You have the right to be who you want and believe yourself to be. It will take work, determination, challenging yourself, and a willingness to learn and grow. Your path may not be clear. It may look different from others around you. I will support you on your path, meeting you where you are. We will plan together to make goals that fit your struggles, situation, and life.
I walk alongside you. I offer insights, education, perspectives, and support. I work with you to help you understand, and manage your personal challenges. You will need to do your part in showing up to the appointments, be willing to be open and vulnerable in session and follow through on assignments given. While therapy is no guarantee, you will begin to see a change through your efforts.
