Basics of the group

This group is a place where adults with ADHD can come for support and community. Dylan will provide topics and tools consistent with the struggles adults with ADHD face. That way, you know each session will be engaging and informed. While Dylan provides his training and experience as a mental health counselor, each group member brings their own experience and understanding that is often more valuable than any training or knowledge. Please come to share, seek and offer support, and have fun!
Group members are expected to follow group rules (as established in the sign-up paperwork). Confidentiality within the group must be maintained in order to provide a safe and productive working space.
-
This group is designed for adults +18 who are diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and for those who struggle with Executive Functioning (Working Memory, Emotional Regulation, Impulse Control, Attentional Regulation). If you are looking for community and can show respect and understanding to others, you are welcome to reach out!
-
The cost of each session will be $30, paid in advance. Once you sign up, Dylan will reach out to collect payment and explain group expectations.
This therapist-led support group is an open group. However, the more people that attend consistently, the richer the group becomes. So come for a session to try it out.
